(Speaker in 2019) Caroline is responsible for leading the People and OD strategy, including diversity and inclusion throughout the organisation, a headcount of over 3500.Caroline joined in May 2018, bringing over 25 years of experience in HR. Previous roles include HRD at oneSource, supporting the London boroughs of Havering and Newham. She is the immediate past president of the Public Service People Managers’ Association (PPMA), is vice chair of the London PPMA and has been Chair of London Heads of HR, and a director of VineHR, an award-winning not-for-profit Heads of HR company in Essex. Having started working life as an apprentice, Caroline is passionate about mentoring and developing others.
